Why hello everyone!
If you're still following me I'm happy to report I'm back in town and ready to post a quick update. I was out of town for work (up in SIF's neck of the woods) where unfortunately my "unlimited nationwide data plan" turned out to be not so "unlimited nationwide data plan" at a ridiculous rate that would bankrupt me in a matter of minutes! I was forced to be data free and quite frankly, it sucked. Bad. Just sayin. :)
On a good note, I'm excited to share that during my hiatus my son had a long awaited medical procedure and is doing fantastic! I can't wait to see how much this procedure will help him. Yay!!
As you can probably tell I'm pretty private about my son. I'm always happy to share my side of our adoption story but have chosen to be pretty protective of his. I feel comfortable sharing some, but not a lot of his story. That being said, I will share that he struggles with a couple of neurological conditions and the procedure performed will hopefully allow his little body to work with him instead of against him. I can't tell you how excited I am to see how things progress. My little man is such a trooper. I love him so much!
So that's it for now because I've got some blobs to read! I've missed you guys!!

So glad you are back! And what great news about your son. You are such a wonderful person to adopt him and I'm sure he feels the same way. Both of you hang in there.
